When I was collecting my car after its service the person dealing with me explained he had sent a text and that he had 4 minutes to get me sorted. It did seem a little rushed but in the end everything was done by him.

I was delighted with my car's first service. The booking process was very easy , the audio and video explanations and recommendations from technicians was clear and appropriate. Chris Ruddy as my service advisor could not have been more helpful.

Ended up taking 2 full days. Given differing reasons as to why. Upon collecting my car the engine mgt light was on. Car had not been properly fixed or checked.

Rory and Darren were extremely helpful addressing the issues and there was no problem getting them fixed.David Lyttle in sales was also excellent in addressing the issues. Ultimately I am disappointed in there being a few issues but have been sorted.

If by service experience you mean the service Employee I was communicating with that was all fine. I had no problems with that whatsoever. It was the diagnosis of problems that I did not feel existed on inspection. The problems were not as described.

Only thing is report show both right hand side tyres needed to be changed. Tyre specialist advised to change the 2 rear tyres so there was a different results in the checks performed by the BMW team.

BMW was able to deal with a service light issue in a timely way and communication with me by email and text about pick-up times etc, was excellent. I appreciated being transferred to the station, however more access to a curtesy car would be better.

Prior to dropping my car off, I received a call from Bavarian asking if it was ok for my car to be cleaned during the service. I accepted as with any prior servicing it is to be expected. Not only was my car car handed back dirty but approx 1hr late

I arrived with my car for its recall not knowing how long it would take and hadn't arranged anyone to collect me but Bavarian quickly arranged a driver to take me home and another driver to collect me the next morning .

I asked for a diagnostic and it was not performed. they said the erg was the issue and replacement would fix it. I knew it was not. I now have to return a second time. Take time out of my busy schedule to get something sorted that I already requested

The cosmetic repair product was not described at the time as part of the price. The whole explanation of the 1k for loyality to take out BMW credit was not clear. No paperwork of the agreement was given to me and had been put in the bin when i asked.
