The cosmetic repair product was not described at the time as part of the price. The whole explanation of the 1k for loyality to take out BMW credit was not clear. No paperwork of the agreement was given to me and had been put in the bin when i asked.

When I was collecting my car after its service the person dealing with me explained he had sent a text and that he had 4 minutes to get me sorted. It did seem a little rushed but in the end everything was done by him.

I was delighted with my car's first service. The booking process was very easy , the audio and video explanations and recommendations from technicians was clear and appropriate. Chris Ruddy as my service advisor could not have been more helpful.
