I paid cash for my car but the transaction took a while to hit the account and I had to wait until the next day to pick up the car. Rather than have to go back to the garage Tracey himself delivered the car to the door. Amazing service.

The Service Team, and in my son's case was led by Chris Ruddy. His car, a 118i shadow edition, unfortunately developed a further fault from the drive train. Each day whilst his car was in Chris kept me informed of all the developments.

I was somewhat surprised and disappointed that the BMW 42 point health check did not include checking (and possibly correcting) the tyre pressures - despite the instrument panel and the centre display indicating that they needed attention.

Bavarian BMW looked after me from first walking into reception to the time when I collected my car. I have numerous health issues and cannot sit for very long. Bavarian provided me with a driver to take me to and from the Belfast Museum.
