Waited a long time for car to have airbags fitted as part of recall. Appointment was 12 noon, the car sat for almost an hour before it was taken into workshop. Told that due to cut backs no lift service available & car not washed either.

Time taken from service completed to hand over was unacceptable. Service video received 2pm. At 3pm was still waiting for car to be washed. I could not wait any longer. Car not hoovered, tyres not inflated.
