It would be a five in every aspect, Anna was amazing and th eonly reason I deducted a star was the car was not very well cleaned before handover in particular the windows and mirrors appear to have been cleaned with a dirty cloth.

Took day off work to have car parking sensor fixed. Price agreed to fix fault. Waited all day until arranged pick up time to be told it was both sensors that needed fixed and cost doubled. Then had a further wait 1 for the fixed sensor to be removed

I just feel that although it was a minor service, although still vrry pricey. My car could have been washed and interior cleaned to a lot higher standard. The door stop weren't even cleaned. I was disappointed.

Baverian where very good, however replacing a very expensive part rather than trying to fix it is not diagosing the problem. Especially when that part cost over £3000 . This is disappointing from bmw.

At present I am dissatisfied with the service of BMW. I purchased a new vehicle in dec of 2022. The vehicle had a recall on it and has been in Bavarian voucher since 9th feb with no update as to when it will be fixed.

Shocked at hourly rate of £145 for the first hour, going up to £200 thereafter. I was quoted over £2200 as an estimate to replace the air springs and compressor, parts only. Took to indie garage and the work cost me £545 inc Labour to fix

I think that charging for Bavarian to connect a car to a diagnostic system is extremely poor. I don't see that such a requirement is needed for trained technicians to know that shock absorbers have failed.
