See above, the price killed any benefits. The staff were lovely, I was well looked after, brought to work and back again, but a cup of nice coffee and taxi to town doesn't justify the 50% over what I'd see as a reasonable oil change cost.

The service itself was good however, there were a couple of parts (tyres/brake pads) that could have been renewed during this service as they were very close to their expiry. This would have saved another booking.

I will always use BMW for my Motability preference due to the efficiency and friendly attitude of the sales team &BMW will always be my priority. My son age12 & also disabled enjoyed the customer services waiting area an the lovely fruit & savoury’s.
