Swift processing on arrival and driver to take me to pre ordered destination.kept informed of progress, car now needs a pressure test on the coolant system, would have preferred if this could have been done on the day, i now have to return again.

Just one small thing-previously you were met at the door and escorted to the coffee area - this has changed and you now go directly to the service area - this is not made clear at the front desk when you arrive

Any time I phone for advice staff are always very helpful. Having my car collected from my home for servicing and then returned the same day works well for me. Having a video of the rationale and execution of repair work is an excellent service
