The only downside which is understandable was that I had decided to wait for my car to be serviced and was no water/tea/coffee facilities available. I do understand why but it might be worth looking at ways to provide it safely in future.

I was disappointed.I was told on arrival that the service would take 90 minutes to 2 hours.After 2 hours and 20 minutes I had to go looking for a service receptionist and they then took a further 10 minutes to tell me the car was ready.
