I asked at check-in to replace the wiper blades which was not done - on collecting the car I had to wait a further 30 minutes to have this completed. Having just paid out £2000, a nice gesture would have been to have the wipe blades complimentary.

Originally when I bought the vehicle in June on collection of the vehicle I found that it was not cleaned properly for pre delivery. The salesman was “aggressive” in his approach to selling GAP insurance.

Awful waiting times for what other companies could do in a fraction of the time. This is significant to a disabled person who needs car and is turned into a prisoner in his own home without it.
