I contacted Chris at Bavarian this week and he told me the warranty claim needed to be sent to the 'Costings' dept. I got the impression that he had done nothing to arrange replacement wheels since the car was in for service. No apology offerer.

Car handbrake stopped working. No workshop appts available for 10 days. At workshop appt they didn't have the replacement part in stock.It was obtained in 2 days but no workshop appts for 10 more days. 2nd appt still not fixed and car paint damaged.

The after service care has increasingly been declining in particular the urgency in regards to organising recalls also the ability to diagnose a problem with the diagnostics, ie major service did not uncover highlighted issues with ABS sensor

I asked at check-in to replace the wiper blades which was not done - on collecting the car I had to wait a further 30 minutes to have this completed. Having just paid out £2000, a nice gesture would have been to have the wipe blades complimentary.
