I dealt with William Tang and he was fantastic, very professional and helpful. Two small matters that I found disappointing are that there were sweet wrappers in the front pocket of the car on collection and the car had no washer fluid.

Very happy. My warranty had run out and they still managed to fix a small fault with no extra charge. Also they were able to provide transport into town and collect me. Chris who I dealt with was also very helpful in keeping me up to date.

Very disappointed to be charged for 1 litre of washer fluid. I had filled this the night before. Unless there was a leak in the reservoir this was blatant overcharging. A shame since the service was otherwise excellent. I would have expected better.

Was informed during the service that the car required 11ltrs of AdBlue, therefore I authorised and paid for the AdBlue tank to be filled. When I collected the vehicle the AdBlue tank was only 70% full. Had to raise the issue and get the tank filled.

There seems to be an issue with all newer BMW washers bottles clogging up. The filter should be replaced under warranty with a better more robust filter. I had to pay £152.00 Car is 2023 still under manufacture warranty.

My initial visit was unsuccessful as there was a seized screw on my brake caliper which prevented the brake fluid change being completed. I appreciate that the technician was better being cautious rather than shear off the screw.

I had work done as part of a recall and the fault is still coming up when I start the car and also they were supposed to reset the pressure on the tyres as per the video they sent, but when i checked my tyres the 4 of them are all different.

I honestly believe that as the car was new with 300 miles on clock that once bmw knew it required a new petrol tank the car should have been taken in for repair straight away and i should have been provided with a loan car until repair complete.

No courtesy cars were available. I had to get a lift to Bavarian and the only lift was to the centre of town which was no good to me. Even a lift back to my house which is only a mile up the road. Also I had to wait an hour for my car 5-6pm

The secondary issue was not resolved on the day. I had emailed about the issue with plenty of time but it was ignored and the garage was unprepared on the day. Service on the day from the front desk service team and the driver was excellent.
