The cosmetic repair product was not described at the time as part of the price. The whole explanation of the 1k for loyality to take out BMW credit was not clear. No paperwork of the agreement was given to me and had been put in the bin when i asked.

Was informed during the service that the car required 11ltrs of AdBlue, therefore I authorised and paid for the AdBlue tank to be filled. When I collected the vehicle the AdBlue tank was only 70% full. Had to raise the issue and get the tank filled.

There seems to be an issue with all newer BMW washers bottles clogging up. The filter should be replaced under warranty with a better more robust filter. I had to pay £152.00 Car is 2023 still under manufacture warranty.

My initial visit was unsuccessful as there was a seized screw on my brake caliper which prevented the brake fluid change being completed. I appreciate that the technician was better being cautious rather than shear off the screw.

I had work done as part of a recall and the fault is still coming up when I start the car and also they were supposed to reset the pressure on the tyres as per the video they sent, but when i checked my tyres the 4 of them are all different.

I honestly believe that as the car was new with 300 miles on clock that once bmw knew it required a new petrol tank the car should have been taken in for repair straight away and i should have been provided with a loan car until repair complete.

I was very happy with the overall service from Bavarian. We planed our visit with an other appointment and Darren arrange for a complimentary driver to drive us to the hospital and collect us again. The driver was a very pleasant and helpful man.

The coffee dock is excellent as I can work while car is in the service centre. The staff on the coffee dock are extremely customer focussed. Additional power sockets for laptop chargers would be a good addition.

No courtesy cars were available. I had to get a lift to Bavarian and the only lift was to the centre of town which was no good to me. Even a lift back to my house which is only a mile up the road. Also I had to wait an hour for my car 5-6pm

When I was collecting my car after its service the person dealing with me explained he had sent a text and that he had 4 minutes to get me sorted. It did seem a little rushed but in the end everything was done by him.

If by service experience you mean the service Employee I was communicating with that was all fine. I had no problems with that whatsoever. It was the diagnosis of problems that I did not feel existed on inspection. The problems were not as described.
