On every visit to the dealership Chris Mellon makes time to speak to me and my family and no matter how busy he is Chris always says hello. The Other Service staff such as Richard and front of house staff Tracey are exceptional in every way.

i was not informed that I potentially need to replace brake pads and discs. I would have liked to consider this at the time to avoid having to leave the car in again. Delivery of courtesy car is an excellent service.

Swift processing on arrival and driver to take me to pre ordered destination.kept informed of progress, car now needs a pressure test on the coolant system, would have preferred if this could have been done on the day, i now have to return again.
