We have a service package and as I do a lot of mileage during the year I like the car to be in top form.The car was ready and sparkling clean in good time.

I pointed out a small hard lump on the drivers seat, prior to car service, and I've been rebooked in to fix the lump on seat within 2 weeks. Plus I got prices in getting rubber mats and mud flaps installed, which were compiled promptly.

My experience was good for keeping me informed of the progress being made to fix my problem. My issue is when I collected my car we talked about a good will gesture for my inconvenience but I have had no contact from Bavarian for about 3 weeks.

i had to wait 1.5 hours beyond my agreed pick up time. I also had to return the next week for the service indicator to be reset as this was ommited during the service routine!
