I requested the brakes be checked as they were making an embarrassingly loud squealing noises. I was later advised that the car was checked and no noise was found. Disappointment came when the brake noise was there again before I reached the Motorway

Service revealed need for a replacement seal. A 90 minute slot was booked but on arrival I was told this was an error as it would require up to 4 hrs. I had to rebook due to commitments. Waste of time & fuel as another 75 mile round trip required.

The window wiper was blocked and I was told that I would be charged £70 to unblock it. I was shocked as you would not expect this problem as the car was purchased less than 12 months. Also the start and stop function not working.

When collecting the car I sat for 40 minutes. I was the only person in the waiting area while staff occupied 5 desks. I sat while staff chatted to each other or made long phone calls. All I wanted was to collect keys and leave. That is not service.

My only complaint is that the passenger seat base that has been fitted is incorrect: it is the correct coral red colouring & has been well fitted but doesn’t have the black deviated stitching that the original base had so doesn’t match the seat back

As previously stated, salesman was excellent but I believe the chip happened at dealership. Either whilst being washed for delivery or whilst in the car park. Damage was very minor and impossible to detect in the pick up process. Too much going on.
