I was advised that brakes were not covered beyond 1 year or 12000 miles but when I advised that the issue was present when I purchased the car at 8 months old with 11000 miles they looked at the vehicle under warranty. The issue has now returned.

On Tues when I collected car I asked was the oil checked and Chris said it was fine. Unfortunately on the Sat the oil light came on and I had to return for oil....not impressed. I am aware the car requires notable oil so that is why I checked!!!

Only one problem, but significant. Had air conditioning flushed out but not warned it would be scented with spearmint, which seems to be new. While some people may like this I don't. Smell in car still bad after 3 weeks. Want this fixed if possible.

I paid £82.50 for an MOT preparation on the 28th March 2019. My test was shortly after on the 8th April 2019 and my car failed on a Major defect of "Headlamp incorrect alignment offside front". My BMW vehicle health check indicated lights were ok.

Winter Wheels Change :- Was given an appointment an advised it would take 1 hour. On the day of the appoint was advised it would now take 2 hrs. It took 3 hrs which is ridiculous to change a set of wheels. Tyres were later found to be almost flat.

Car being returned with zero fuel was disappointing - I have driven BMWs supplied by Bavarian for over 12 years and their customer service has generally been exceptional. However in the last 12 months I have had 3 disappointing experiences.

I left my car in for service at 8.15. Bavarian assured me that the car would be ready for 12.00. The car was ready at 13.00 which meant that I missed a 13.00 appointment. Bavarian then tried to charge me even though I was on a free service package.

The service guys were extremely good however I had a simple puncture which needed plugged and Bavarian claimed their policy was to replace the tyre (run flat). The tyre had 4-5 mm tread and ultimately I had it repaired for £10 not £250 new tyre.
