End of warranty examination, issues were explained prior to visit but because parts were not available a revisit is required. I am not happy with the explanation given regarding discoloration on the window trims. Took 3 hours for nothing.

Winter Wheels Change :- Was given an appointment an advised it would take 1 hour. On the day of the appoint was advised it would now take 2 hrs. It took 3 hrs which is ridiculous to change a set of wheels. Tyres were later found to be almost flat.

Car being returned with zero fuel was disappointing - I have driven BMWs supplied by Bavarian for over 12 years and their customer service has generally been exceptional. However in the last 12 months I have had 3 disappointing experiences.

V poor communication, when trying to get work authorised it took over 2 hours to speak to someone, despite me leaving several messages nobody returned my call. This resulted in a delay to completion of the work & me having to wait for an hour

I left my car in for service at 8.15. Bavarian assured me that the car would be ready for 12.00. The car was ready at 13.00 which meant that I missed a 13.00 appointment. Bavarian then tried to charge me even though I was on a free service package.

The service guys were extremely good however I had a simple puncture which needed plugged and Bavarian claimed their policy was to replace the tyre (run flat). The tyre had 4-5 mm tread and ultimately I had it repaired for £10 not £250 new tyre.

I think the nearly £2000 cost of my service was rather excessive. I understand Dan did his best to reduce the price and I appreciate that, but I just think the price for parts/man hours I was quoted was just downright absurd.

Would have given 5 star but docked a star for polishing the pedals of the car when it was cleaned after the service. This caused my foot to slip off the clutch pedal when parking which resulted in the car jumping forward and almost hitting a car.

When I called I couldn't get speaking with anyone immediately and the response time to call me back was 4 hours. How do I plan my day with that type of response. More importantly the faults with the seat belts had not been addressed.
