I had a bill of almost £1200.00.This in itself is not a complaint, however as the car was also due a “Service Check” in a further 273 miles it would have made sense to have offered this to be done whilst the car there at the appropriate rate

I was advised that my car would receive a complimentary wash & mini valet, i was disappointed with the condition my car was returned to me, the car had been hoovered around the front seats however the dashboard & around the gearbox had not been done

I pointed out a small hard lump on the drivers seat, prior to car service, and I've been rebooked in to fix the lump on seat within 2 weeks. Plus I got prices in getting rubber mats and mud flaps installed, which were compiled promptly.
